Make Sure Accommodations Discussed in Meeting Go on IEP/504 Plan

In meetings, accommodations discussed are often not put on the 504 Plan or IEP. Keep in mind that unless accommodations are listed on the IEP or 504 Plan, the school does not have to follow them. Insist that all accommodations discussed go on the formal plan.
